• Not engage in fraudulent activities

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use RideShare+. You're responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• All activities under your account
• Not sharing your credentials with others

4. Ride Listings

When offering rides, you must:

• Provide accurate route and pricing information
• Actually complete the booked ride
• Maintain a valid driver's license
• Have properly registered and insured vehicle

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Post false or misleading ride information
• Charge more than documented costs
• Harass or discriminate against users
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to circumvent our platform

6. Disputed and Liability

RideShare+ is a platform connecting riders and drivers. We don't guarantee rides or handle payments directly.

Users resolve disputes between themselves. We may intervene in serious cases.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any reason at our discretion.
